Who do I notify if I am injured on a cruise ship and who would I sue if I wanted to bring a claim?

Written by FreeAdvice Staff
The cruise line carrier is who must be notified in writing about the injury. This carrier is also whom the claim for damages is made against in court. Normally the first paragraph of the ticket identifies the cruise line carrier. A common mistake is for the passenger to sue the ticket or travel agent.
