What about ‘contracts’ printed in small type on the back of forms and airline tickets?
A loan company is attempting to collect on a student loan made to my wife's son. The signature on the loan papers was her former husband's who now claims on a notarized letter to the company that he had no knowledge of the loan and that his signature on the loan papers was forged by my wife. What are our options? The loan company wants her to produce her driver's license, social security number, and marriage license. Are we obligated to pay back the loan?

I purchased an entertainment center at a local furniture store. All sales final, no exchanges, no refunds. It's due to be delivered in two days and now they are telling me they sold it at the wrong price. It will be $500 more. Don't they have to honor the sales invoice at the price they sold it to me?
What are the defenses to a claimed breach of contract?
I received title to my vehicle and a letter stating that I successfully paid off my loan. Now the lienholder says they goofed. Do I have any legal rights?

I recently purchased a sofa and chair for my living room. However when placed in the living room, they did not look right. The company picked up them up and issued me a store credit. Half a year has gone by and I still haven't found a sofa and chair to my liking. The store refuses to refund the money. What is my next move?
My 15-year old son, who looks older, just signed a contract to purchase a computer. Is the contract valid?
A boat dealer who did some repair work on my boat refuses to accept my credit card in payment; rather he wants a cashier's check. Since he accepts payment in credit cards as part of its regular business practice, why demand a bank check from me?
I signed an installment loan contract to buy a new refrigerator. The refrigerator is defective but the finance company demands that I keep making payments. What can I do?
I am at the end of my 48-month auto lease. The lease contract specifies an estimated end of term wholesale value of $7,000. Kelly blue book lists it as around $5,000. The leasing company refuses to change the end of term value for buyout. Do I have any power or legal right to challenge the leasing company?
