An express warranty can either be: a seller or manufacturer's oral or written promise or affirmation of fact which describes the product at the time of sale. This is a typical UCC express warranty. OR

The seller or manufacturer's written promise to repair or replace defective parts for a stated period of time. This is a typical Song Beverly express warranty. OR

The seller's written promise containing representations that the product is defect free and/or a promise to repair or replace it. This is a typical Mag Moss express warranty. (It is almost identical to Song Beverly.)
