The doctor prescribed two medications. The pharmacy filled on prescription correctly and the second one incorrectly. The combination of the two can cause internal bleeding. We researched the drugs on the internet prior to taking them; so none were taken. Do we have a case?

Isn't the Internet wonderful? It saved your life, right? Or did you already know the prescription was wrong and that's why you researched it? Lawsuits are a vehicle for obtaining compensation for a loss or an injury suffered. If you did sue, your damages would be so slight as to probably not be worth the bother

By the way, have you given any thought to who would ever fill your prescriptions in the future, or what doctor would be willing to treat you? Doctors are part of the free market economy. They don't have to accept you as a patient.
