How about the lender - are they responsible as well?
The responsibility of the lender varies from state-to-state. In some states, your lemon law claim would prevent the lender from collecting the amount due for the car loan. In other states, the fact that you have a lemon law claim is not a bar to the lender collecting on the loan.
