FAQs

I took some codeine cough syrup, and then got arrested for drunk driving. The blood test showed the codeine, but the alcohol level was not a problem. They still charged me with driving under the influence. Should I fight it?

If I was stopped for another traffic violation, can the police also arrest me for a DUI or DWI?
