Wetlands are being impacted by somebodys action. What can I do?

Call your local construction code official or zoning board. They had to approve the development, should have studied the environmental impact statements, and allowed public comment before approving the development. See what they tell you. If your answers are not fully addressed, or they are not enforcing the law, talk to other officials higher up in your city, county, state, Army Corps of Engineers, or EPA, or consult an attorney.
