Should I appeal?

Obviously this depends on a number of factors.

First, it is important for you to know that most decisions are "affirmed" – which means not reversed – on appeal. However the "batting averages" of individual judges may differ markedly -- some judges are almost never reversed, some are reversed fairly often. Indeed, the Supreme Court of the United States reverses some Courts of Appeal much more often than others.
