How can I find out about a specific arbitrator?
The best sources of information are other people who have used the arbitrator, and the written Opinions of the arbitrator. In some areas, such as labor relations and employee benefits, there are volumes of arbitrator Opinions published by the Bureau of National Affairs, Commerce Clearing House, Inc., and Labor Relations Press. Each of these organizations also provides biographical information about the arbitrators whose Opinions they have published.
