My doctor prescribed the right drug, but in the wrong dosage. Do I have a malpractice suit?
Maybe, but check that the pharmacy did not make an error in filling the prescription. If not, the doctor is responsible since his or her prescription was not standard practice. If the pharmacy made a mistake, and there was harm, it may be liable for its negligence.
If you have sustained losses due to the negligence of a medical professional, you should seek the advice of a medical malpractice attorney, and do so quickly to ensure your rights are preserved.
