Idaho

Idaho does not have a separate probate court; probate is handled by magistrate judges in county courts. Magistrate judges also have jurisdiction to hear misdemeanors, family law matters, civil cases under $10K. Separate county links may be misleading, because some county courts are housed by the district courts.
